I’m so excited to share some of my favorite images from Julia and Keith’s wedding day at the Museum of Wisconsin Art. The bright white museum paired with historical downtown West Bend, which happens to be in walking distance, made for a beautiful backdrop to tie in all the details that made up Julia and Keith’s day absolutely perfect! From the moment Julia told me she wanted to incorporate blue wine bottles in her vision, I didn’t hesitate to a help contribute a few extra bottles over the course of a year plus of planning. I mean come on, if having an extra bottle of wine on the weekend meant I was helping out one of my brides, I was all for it!!
Julia and Keith’s day was nothing short of perfect! Having their whole day (from ceremony to reception) all at the MOWA left so much time to relax and truly take in the day. We were able to stroll the downtown to capture the first look and party with the guest on the back patio during cocktail hour. These two were total tradition breakers so when they said they wanted to have a popcorn bar instead of cake I was completely onboard. There may have been no cake to be smashed in each other’s face but a challenge to catch tossed popcorn in their mouths was equally entertaining.
These two finished off the night with an epic dance party which even got grandma on the dance floor! Thank you Julia and Keith for allowing me to share in your beautiful wedding day! I feel so honored to have met the two!
